Dancers begin with a gentle but thorough warm up that prepares the body to dance. Dancers also introduce four core belly dance moves: the exotic "head slide", the "basic Egyptian step","hip circles" and the "Turkish figure-eight". Then dancers combine what they have just learned into an authentic belly dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.
Episode 103:
Dancers guide us through a gentle warm-up. Dancers also introduce new moves including the sharp "hip-piston", "snake-arms", expressive hand and facial gestures, and the challenging "three-quarter shimmy". Then dancers combine the new moves into a fun and energetic dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.
Episode 104:
Dancers begin with a floor and standing warm up that prepares the body to dance. Dancers also introduce new moves includes "shoulder rolls", the "village shimmy", "m and m's", and the upper-body isolation called the "chest camel". Then dancers combine all these moves into an exhilarating belly dance followed by a freestyle dance.
Episode 105:
Dancers prepare with a gentle warm-up. Dancers also teach some new belly dance moves including the "three-step turn", the "hip-bounce", the "gawazzi step", the "cabaret shimmy", and the "side-step arm-sweep". Then dancers combine the moves into a lively and fun belly dance followed by a freestyle dance.
Episode 106:
Dancers begin with a combination of warm-up moves. Dancers also introduce some new core belly dance movements including the "step/touch/step", the "Turkish bump", the "chest-circle", the "liquid-arms" and the "Egyptian figure-eight". Then dancers incorporate all of the new moves into a choreographed dance followed by freestyle belly dance.

Dancers begin with a gentle warm-up. Dancers also showcase some new belly dance moves including the "grapevine" traveling step, the "falling leaves", the "head-slides", the "hip-down ronde de jambe" and the "hip-circle." Then dancers combine the new moves into a choreographed dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.
Episode 108:
Dancers begin with a thorough and gentle warm-up. Dancers also break down two shimmies: the 'shoulder- shimmy' and the 'shimmy-layered hip-circle', two turns: the 'cut-turn' and the 'sa'idi turn', as well as the 'hip-rotation' and the challenging 'tremor figure-eight'. Then dancers combine the new moves into an exciting dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.
Episode 109:
Dancers begin on the ground with gentle stretches and slow raises to a standing warm-up. Dancers also break down two hip isolations (the "hip-piston" and the "hip pop"), the energetic "1,2,3 hop" and the sultry "snake arms". Then dancers combine the new moves into a beautiful dance followed by an inspiring freestyle belly dance.
Episode 110:

Then dancers practice the new moves in an energetic dance followed by a beautiful display of freestyle belly dance.
