Episode 121:
Dancers begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for dance. Dancers also introduce new moves including 'chest-circles', 'liquid-arms', 'shoulder-rolls', and the energetic 'village-shimmy'. Dancers then practice the new moves in a choreographed belly dance performance followed by a lively freestyle dance.

Episode 122:
Dancers begin with a relaxing warm-up that prepares the body to dance. Dancers also demonstrate three hip moves including the 'basic Egyptian step', the 'Turkish figure eight' and 'm and m's' and a sensual upper body move called the 'chest camel'. Dancers then practice the moves with a beautiful choreographed dance followed by an inspiring freestyle belly dance.

Episode 123:
Dancers begin with a combination of warm-up moves to prepare the body to dance. Dancers also teach some new moves including the 'chest camel', the 'ripple', the sultry 'full camel', the traveling step 'grapevine', as well as the elegant 'falling leaves' and 'hip-down ronde de jambe'. Dancers combine the new moves into a fun and energetic choreographed dance followed by a freestyle belly dance.

Episode 124:
Dancers begin with seated and standing warm-up moves. Dancers also demonstrate some new moves including five authentic belly dance moves: the hip isolations 'maya hips' and its reverse, the 'Egyptian figure-eight', the 'cabaret shimmy', the 'gawazzi step', and the 'side-step arm-sweep'. Dancers combine the new moves into a lively and fun choreographed dance followed by a mesmerizing freestyle belly dance.

Episode 125:
Dancers begin with a gentle combination of stretches and warm-up exercises. Dancers also practice key belly dance moves including 'hip pistons' and 'snake arms' as well as the more challenging 'belly rolls,' 'Lebanese hip-circles, and the 'zaar head'. Dancers combine the moves into a choreographed dance followed by a beautiful freestyle belly dance.

Episode 126:
Dancers begin with a gentle combination of warm-up movements in preparation for dancing. Dancers also lead viewers through the energetic '1,2,3 hop' and 'hip pop', 'Turkish Bumps', and the 'standing figure-eight'. Dancers combine the new moves into an exciting choreographed dance followed by a stunning freestyle belly dance.
