Fresh Fruit and Berries with Cracked Black Pepper, Aceto Balsamic Vinegar and Mint

Yield: 4 portions

Ingredients:
1 orange, segmented
1 tangerine, segmented
10 strawberries, diced
2 ounces blueberries
2 ounces raspberries
2 ounces blackberries
1-½ ounces balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 Tablespoon fresh mint leaves, sliced thin

Method:
Mix fruit with pepper and vinegar. Arrange marinated fruit in bowl, top with orange zest and mint.
