David Weck

David is the inventor of the BOSU Balance Trainer. He is a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast who competed in both football and track at the college level. He has been working professionally in the fitness industry for more than 13 years, and has worked with a wide array of clients, including professional and Olympic athletes,sports teams, special populations and kids.

As a student of physical culture, David is influenced by many disciplines, including the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, martial arts and numerous innovators and pioneers in functional fitness. Known for his enthusiasm, passion and humor, David is eager to share his creativity and original ideas with others to promote health and fitness.
