Juice of 3 lemons (approx. 4 oz.)
Juice of 3 limes (approx. 4 oz.)
1 1/2 cup artificial white sweetener
1/2 cup of water
2 quarts of ice water
Fresh mint leaves to taste
Heat 1/2 cup of water in sauce pan and add artificial white sweetener until completely dissolved. Add fresh mint leaves.
Juice lemons and limes in pitcher over strainer to catch seeds. Pour hot sweetener over lemon/lime juice and fill 2 quart pitcher with ice cold water. Stir and serve.
Yields 6 servings - 9.5 net carbs per serving
