Buff Bride Cecilie is a talented chef in the New York area whose not-so-careful eating habits and sedentary lifestyle had started to catch up with her. After now-husband Johan proposed, Cecilie decided it was time to take off some of the weight she'd put on since they met. Before the Buff Brides team got a hold of her, Cecilie didn't exercise at all. "I used to think I was allergic — that, or it was against my religion somehow," she says. Well, that's all changed.

Although she had trouble sticking to her regimen at first, Cecilie kicked things into high gear and claims she never worked so hard for anything before. The months leading up to her wedding were the busiest of her life, but she managed to stick to the program and focus on how fit she wanted to be on her wedding day.
