Find out how Cecilie has been doing since the taping of her Buff Brides episode ended ...
Q: If you didn't reach your weight loss goal before the wedding, have you since reached it?
A: No.
Q: Did you gain any weight on your honeymoon?
A: I am pretty sure that I gained weight on the honeymoon, but I am afraid to step on the scale. I have never been a scale person.
Q: What's your favorite body part now?
A: I am working on it, but I think my derrière looks much better!
Q: What's your favorite new piece of clothing?
A: All the clothes that didn't fit before becoming a Buff Bride!
Q: What is your favorite food now that you've gone through the Buff Brides experience?
A: Still bacon and sushi.
Q: Do you have a new favorite recipe?
A: I have way too many recipes in my head.
Q: Do you think you'll be able to maintain your weight and exercise routine now that the wedding has passed?
A: I can only hope that I have the mental strength to continue this rigorous routine.
Q: How do you feel physically and emotionally now that the Buff Brides experience and your wedding is over?
A: During the final four months before the wedding day, I was busier than I had ever been in my life. I had never committed so intensely to an exercise and eating regimen. I had never been followed around by a production crew watching my progress like hawks in a nice way, of course. There was just so much going on. I had work commitments, planning commitments, family commitments and NYSC (New York Sports Club) commitments. Now that my world has stopped spinning, I find myself in a bit of a depression. Johan and I decided to take it very easy for the month of July and to quietly enjoy our new status. I have joined the gym and I know that once I get my health and fitness back on track without all the lights and cameras I will continue my progress. This was the best experience of my life and I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. Thank you Discovery Health!
