Buff Bride Margaret signed up for the show for two reasons: first, to look good on her wedding day, and second, to address her perpetual fear of the gym. Well, not so much a fear, but rather a paranoia that she'd be the girl on the treadmill that takes one misstep and flies off the back. Or, even worse, drops a stack of weights on her foot. Ouch. But Margaret faced her fears and gave it her all to become yet another Buff Bride.

With her wedding fast approaching, Margaret was instructed to follow a rigid diet of 1,500 calories a day and to work out three days a week with a trainer and one day on her own. Did she stick to the regimen? Well, sort of. She may not have been our most motivated Buff Bride, but Margaret did accomplish two very important things: she lost weight and overcame her fear of the gym.
