Find out how Tiffany has been doing since the taping of her Buff Brides episode ended ...
Q: If you didn't reach your weight loss goal before the wedding, have you since reached it?
A: I reached my goal during the program.
Q: Did you gain any weight on your honeymoon?
A: I did not gain any weight on the honeymoon.
Q: What's your favorite body part now?
A: My arms they're really buff!
Q: What's your favorite new piece of clothing?
A: A strapless, black dress with a bow at the waist.
Q: What is your favorite food now that you've gone through the Buff Brides experience?
A: Still pancakes. Now I just have to save up the points to eat them.
Q: Do you think you'll be able to maintain your weight and exercise routine now that the wedding has passed?
A: Yes. So far I'm doing well with maintaining my weight. I have not gained any weight. I still go to the gym frequently. I don't foresee any problems because I like going to the gym. Also, now I realize that doing this for myself is just as important as studying and doing well at work. Before Buff Brides, I used to make myself the lowest priority after school, work, etc. Now I make sure to set aside the time for myself, not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
Q: Do you have a favorite new recipe?
A: I don't cook. But I did make some chocolate chip cookies with Hershey's low-fat chocolate chips (they come in a green bag). They are actually really good. I always use egg substitute and butter substitutes now. If there's a low-fat, low-calorie version, that's what I get. I never drink regular soda or juice anymore too much of a waste of points.
Q: How do you feel physically and emotionally now that the Buff Brides experience and your wedding is over?
A: I feel absolutely great. I've still got work to do. I'm working on that six-pack abdomen. I definitely do not want to go back to how I was feeling before. I'd say it was definitely worth it, despite the potential of being embarrassed on national television.
