Then, meet a stand-up comedian who's eager to get into "The Zone" and shed around 50 pounds. Plus, we'll show you what really happens — pound for pound — when you "belly up to the bar."

Episode 2: Jenny Craig — Premieres Tuesday June 21, 9 p.m. ET/PT
Dr. Melina puts taste to the test when she goes behind the scenes at Jenny Craig to learn the ins and outs of this popular weight-loss program. Then, meet a single mom who's determined to lose 35 pounds so she can keep up with her 10-year-old son. Also, Dr. J gives tips on how to shop healthy at the grocery store, and there are always surprises when she goes out to restaurants on "Portion Patrol."

Episode 3: Dean Ornish — Premieres Wednesday June 22, 9 p.m. ET/PT
Dr. Dean Ornish prides himself on being able to reverse heart disease with his diet and nutrition plan so Dr. Melina goes doctor-to-doctor to get the lowdown on his program, and to find out if he follows his own advice . Plus, you'll meet a dieter who's going to give it another go with Dr. Melina's help, after already trying a number of different diets. And don't miss out on the "BodPod Challenge"! Witness the battle of the body fat as the rugby team takes on the triathletes at one of America’s top universities.

Episode 4: Weight Watchers — Premieres Thursday June 23, 9 p.m. ET/PT
Dr. Melina hits the road with the woman who revamped the Weight Watchers program to make it more flexible and convenient for thousands of dieters: Karen Miller-Kovach. Plus, meet this week's new dieter, a stay-at-home mom with three kids under the age of 6. She's trying to get rid of the last of that baby fat. And if you're an aficionado of fruit smoothies and fancy coffee drinks, learn some astounding info about hidden calories.

Episode 5: South Beach
Dr. Melina goes to Miami, Fla., to introduce viewers to cardiologist Arthur Agatston, founder of the South Beach Diet. And we'll eat lunch with a group of med school students to find out if these soon-to-be docs are walking the talk when we see "just what the doctor ordered."
