1 1/2 cups of mixed baby green or spring green lettuces
2 Tbsp fat-free mozzarella cheese
1 Maui onion (or a red or white onion)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds
2 Tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
Put washed lettuce in a bowl.
Slice onion into approximately 1" long pieces.
Add onions, tomatoes & mozzarella to the bowl.
Add dressing & toss salad until well mixed.
Sprinkle flaxseed on top.
