2 Tbsp mild salsa
1/2 cup raw arugula
1/2 cup low salt black beans
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Gently open pocket of pita.
In a bowl, add arugula, beans & salsa to bowl.
Grate & add parmesan to mixture or use as a topping.
Stir or toss ingredients until mixed together.
Spoon mixture into pita pocket.
