1 cup fresh spinach (pre-washed in bag)
3 Tbsp canned chicken - white meat chunks packed in water*
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
Open and drain water from canned chicken.
In a bowl, add spinach & chicken.
Add vinaigrette and toss until mixed.
Add raspberries last so tossing doesn't squish them.
*Can substitute chicken with Albacore tuna or shrimp.
