
1/2 ripe avocado
3 tbsp. fresh crab meat
2 scallions
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
Cut avocado in half (score for easy removal). Scoop avocado into bowl and mash with fork. Measure 3 tablespoons of crab meat and add to bowl. Then, chop scallions. Add scallions to bowl and mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy with fresh carrots and celery stalks.
