Fruit Salad
Shaman's Fruit Salad

1/2 cup non-fat, small curd cottage cheese
1 fresh peach*
1/2 cup fresh strawberries*
1/2 cup fresh blueberries*
1 tsp honey

Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl.
Slice & remove pit from peach.
Cut peach and strawberries into 1/2" pieces.
Add peach and berries to cottage cheese.
Using a spoon, mix fruit & cottage cheese until blended.
Drizzle honey on top.

*If fresh fruit isn't available, can substitute frozen fruit.
