Broiled Portobello Mushroom

1 large Portobello mushroom
3 Tbsp low-sodium, part skim mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried Basil

Pre-heat broiler to High.
De-stem the mushroom.
Lay the mushroom on a flat surface, top-side down
Sprinkle the Basil over the base of the mushroom. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Pop into the broiler for 1 minute or until cheese melts. [Tip: Put sheet of aluminum foil on rack in broiler to catch any drips.]
