1 D'Anjou Pear
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans
Pinch of dried peppermint
Peel and core pear. Chop pear into pieces and put into bowl. Measure spinach and beans and add to bowl. Add a pinch of peppermint and mix all ingredients together.
