3 tbsp cooked shrimp
1 tbsp mild salsa
1/4 c. avocado
1/4 c. cucumber

Peel skin from cucumber then slice and chop. Cut avocado in half, score and cube avocado. Stuff taco shell with shrimp, avocado and cucumber. Top with salsa.
