1/2 whole or multi-grain English muffin
2 ounces plain smoked salmon
1/4 cup diced avocado
3 Tbsp (3 ounces) cooked shrimp
Cut the avocado in half and remove pit & skin.
Cut into cubes to fill a 1/4 measuring cup.
Slice muffin in half and toast, if you like.
Spoon avocado onto muffin.
Top with the smoked salmon.
