Cut avocado in half.
Scoop out avocado.
Combine avocado and cream cheese.
Mash the cream cheese and the avocado in a bowl until blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread cream cheese and avocado mixture on the tortilla.
Place several turkey slices on top of the spread.
Sprinkle fresh spinach over the turkey.
