The Mind, Body, Spirit Connection
Keeping ourselves in good health involves much more than treating diseases or eating right. We have long suspected that good health comes from the proper balance of nurturing our body, mind and spirit. Now science has begun to prove that there is an actual physiological link between these three dimensions. Did you know:
